You asked for a version you could see my whole alignment better and hey, I happen to be on a beach! Here you go!

Hypermobile folks, those of us with osteoporosis, anyone with low back pain, neck pain or pelvic floor issues... Give this a try!

Quick take?

It's hard to position ourselves well, especially when we're hypermobile. This idea of centering each joint above the middle of your heels can be easier, rather than trying to figure out what's "good posture" or what muscles to use and how much to use them!

This stacked position may feel weird and like you're sticking out your butt, or bunching your shoulders.ook in a mirror for more objective information.

And you get more loafing for your bones, better positioning for your pelvic floor, less strain on your back, neck and shoulders and more natural, responsive work for your core and hips. Give it a go and see what you think!
