Do you struggle to find your authentic voice in your marketing materials?
Do you wish you were being paid more for your time, but can’t express your worth?
In this workshop we will explore the normal human tendency to judge, compare, and minimize our self worth within the context of professional marketing. While we all have thoughts, feelings, and judgements that are unpleasant, we can get ‘hooked’ into them and behave in an effort to alleviate what is unpleasant. This usually takes us away from behaving in ways that matter and going in directions that are important and meaningful.
Using an acceptance and mindfulness approach, we’ll explore ways to reduce the impact of internal (thoughts and feelings) barriers to self worth and valuing. Throughout the workshop, we’ll use a sorting tool to help you discover the roots of your choices and make new ones as needed.
This 2 hour workshop is presented by Dr Sheri Turrell, clinical psychologist and Alison Crouch, movement teacher and mentor/coach.
