Boomerang Pilates is a staple in the heart of Roncesvalles, Toronto.
Since we opened in 2011, we’ve expanded our teaching team to include some of the best instructors in both Pilates and Restorative Exercise. You can explore movement in ways that build you from the inside out and address your need for healthy movement AND your craving for a workout!
During COVID-19 we’re offering online classes and private sessions along with in-person private sessions. Get in touch for more info!

Alison has an approach to movement and health that includes exercise-specific movement, natural everyday movement, somatic body and brain exploration and a deep conviction that how our brains and bodies get together makes all the difference to how we feel.
Combining functional, exploratory details and alignment with fluid, intuitive movement and an emphasis on acceptance and fun leads to sustainable change that helps you feel better for life!
