Leg circles 5 different ways to get you the happy, healthy hips you want!
Leg circles may not be the most advanced and fancy exercise ever, but when you combine them in different way they can give you a fantastically satisfying burn.
How do you do that?
Use your basic circle in multiple positions.
As an added bonus, when you connect to your centre and keep your torso really still as you move your leg you get a lovely challenge to your abdominals. Win/win!
In the video you get 5 different versions of the circle for 5 different effects.
1 Supine supported circle with strap for hip flexor release and hip joint mobility
2 Supine (lying on your back) active circle for hip flexor strength +abs
3 Sidelying circle turned in for gluteus medius (side butt) magic + abs
4 Sidelying circles in turn out for deep hip rotators +abs
5 Kneeling circles for the glory of the glutes! Also, wait for it… abs 😄
Enjoy!
